My musical taste buds have been drifting from dish to dish today. Evolving with every mouthful. However, it's this 9 minute symphony that made me press repeat over and over again. I would say turn it up, but for me, my head hurts and I've been playing it a bit low. No matter what volume, it's still an impressive piece of music.
