As we reported earlier this week, a longtime cornerstone to local talk radio will be returning to Toronto airwaves January 7th 2013. Bill Carroll will join Arlene Bynon for the 4-7pm spot. With Oakley and Stafford manning the daytime shifts, 640 has upped their batting lineup in shape to win the series.
