It’s been a few mentally draining weeks. Personally, and professionally. Chose to take a few days off and regroup. Don’t think too much into it. Just need a mini-vaca from the reg routine. Going to catch up on some reading, write, and lay in bed till it’s time to go down to the kitchen to cook dinner. That’s the plan.
Sometimes, we need to step back and look at what’s going on in our life. But we can only do that without the stress’ that mentally block us from what’s real. While I’m away, don’t forget to breath. Kiss your kids. Call that friend you’ve been meaning to meet up for coffee with.
