As we reported here in July, Alan Cross was let go at Corus Entertainment. The cornerstone of Ongoing History of New Music was said he'd be shuffled around the building and be given something new. Not so. Alas, the legend has found something. With a new company. Cross has signed on with Astral Media where he will front a syndicated rock show called The Secret History of Rock and Roll with Alan Cross - which I'm guessing will be under the same tone as the Ongoing History...The two-hour show will air locally on Boom 97.3 starting October 11th.
