Back in the 1980's, every morning was April Fools on AM Hitmaker, CFTR. Tom Rivers' Air Force. Rivers did an old bit called The Call of the Day. Sure. The comedy routine has been duplicated and copied and mastered over the years, but Rivers was the original and did it the best. He was the man when it came to pulling people's leg, half asleep not cluing in till they were already mad that it was ol' Tom from the radio. Here are few of these calls from 1988 that I uploaded a while back. Have a good laugh on this April Fools Day.
