OPP release composite sketch of woman last seen with Tori

O-P-P investigators released a composite image late tonight of the woman seen in the video with eight-year-old Tori Stafford.

Police say the woman in the composite is 19 to 25 years old, 5 foot 1 tall and about 125 pounds with long black hair worn in a ponytail.

O-P-P Detective William Renton has also called a news conference for today at 10 a-m in Woodstock.

Oxford Community Police Chief Ron Fraser said he is appealing to the community to review the composite image and call them if anyone has any information.

Renton also says they believe there are people in the Woodstock area who have knowledge of the crime and are asking them to come forward.

Tori has now been missing for two weeks.

She was last seen in the surveillance video walking with the unidentified woman near her school the day she disappeared.

Police have scoured the city of about 35-thousand since April 8th looking for any sign of the bubbly girl.
