Apple Corps and MTV/Harmonix announced today that a Beatles videogame modeled on the Rock Band franchise will go on sale late next year and that negotiations are ongoing to have the group’s songs sold online.

“All I can say is that we’re still working out the details, and we have no announcement to make, we have no date or any information,” said Apple Corps CEO Jeff Jones during Thursday’s conference call.
