simpsons cast looking for more doh!!

While Fox has added the staple show to their schedule for next season, we still don't know how many episodes we'll be seeing. Talks between the cast of The Simpsons and the studio are still going on. The main voices of the epic cartoon series are demanding a hefty raise from $350,000 per episode to $500,000 plus bonuses. If we don't see a resolution we might have to settle with just 20 new shows next year rather than the usual 22.

If a show can still deliver in ratings and laughs and bring up two generations on quick witted comedy and smart humor, I say give them as much dough they want. What they're asking for is just peanuts compared to what the likes of past classic TV show cast members asked for and I think The Simpsons have done much more for modern pop culture than any of those shows and not to mention that the Simpson vehicle has already made more than $7 Billion

Oh yeah, did ya hear about the new Simpsons ride?

I think the cast that has brought to life some of the most loved cartoon drawings in history deserve more. Some might call it selfish, others might call it good business.
